PJ Nally
Director
PJ Nally (he/him) is an improviser living in New York City, and his goal is to do improv professionally. He started doing improv in 2018, and he will be doing it for the rest of his life.
He currently performs with Easily Annoyed, The Daily Harold, Alas! The Improvised Works of William Shakespeare, and Magnet Theater house team Middle Brain.
He previously performed off-Broadway in the improvised musical The Others of Oz. He regularly coaches and teaches workshops, and he is Hell Yeah!’s director, co-producer, and drummer.
Max Feldman
Music Director
Max Feldman is a musician originally from New Jersey now living in Brooklyn. He loves to play piano for teams in the musical improv community which has brought him to the Magnet Theater, UCB, Brooklyn Comedy Collective, Caveat, the PIT, and more.
As a composer, he has made music for theater, podcasts, art installations, and his own albums of experimental music. He is very lucky to get to make up songs with the incredible voices of Hell Yeah!

Maria Nally

Maria Nally (she/her) is an improviser, coach, and actor who has been performing in New York City for several years. In 2025, she made her Off-Broadway debut in The Others of Oz: The Improvised Musical, and performs musical improv regularly at The Magnet Theater with her house team Houndstooth.
Maria has a BFA in Musical Theatre from Missouri State University where she studied with Lisa Brescia, Ann Marie Daehn, and Robert Westenberg, amongst others. Past roles (in case you’re curious) have included Sister Act (Sister Mary Robert), Legally Blonde (Vivienne Kensington), and lots of other classic high belters.
Offstage, she is a huge fan of Robert Caro. If you’ve read his books, she would love to talk with you about them. If you haven’t read his books, she highly recommends them.
Ben Hirsch

Ben Hirsch (he/him) has been improvising since 2014 in every style he can find.
A former member of the Dad's Garage Theater Company in Atlanta, he won the 2019 Atlanta Improv Tournament for his duo show Tipping Point.
These days he performs around NYC with Pie Town, The Trial at UCB, and Hell Yeah!


Shaina Lubliner

Shaina Lubliner (she/her) is beyond thrilled to be joining Hell Yeah! A lifelong musical theater kid, Shaina has been performing since she was young and directed, choreographed and produced several shows while studying at Duke University.
Her musical improv journey began in Atlanta, where she was. a founding member and producer of Measure Island, the city’s premier indie musical improv team.
Originally from Stamford, CT, she now spends her days working at a fintech company and her nights catching shows, playing pickleball, and exploring new corners of the city.
Xiaoxiao Sun

Sun, Xiaoxiao (孙骁骁, he/they; @sxxinyc) can be seen in film Blue Sun Palace (Cannes winner) and Lucky Lu (Golden Horse winner).
They’re empowered by newly found voices through musical improv @ Magnet Theater (on Musical Megawatt team “Spicy Dilemma).
He’s in awe of the composition of “Hell Yeah!” and honored to be part of it. Here’s to more music, songs, and stories full of meaning!


Bebe Tabickman

Bebe Tabickman is a dynamic singer, actor, dancer, and improviser. She performs in a comedy/improv show for families called Show Up, Kids!, and can also be found doing musical improv at the Magnet Theater on their house team, Houndstooth, every Thursday. Bebe was selected to participate in the 92NY Cabaret Conference series working with Broadway legends including Faith Prince, Sally Mayes, and Lindsay Mendez.
Some of Bebe's select credits include Domina in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Theater2020), Dorothy (and others) in the Off-Broadway show The Others of Oz (Jerry Orbach Theater), Dottie in the Off-Broadway show Pip’s Island, and originating the role of Zelby in the world premiere of Stoa: The Musical. Mark Melton

Mark Melton is a writer, performer, and director from Illinois who now lives in New York!
He has performed on mainstages at UCB, The Second City, the Brooklyn Comedy Collective, the Peoples Improv Theater, the Magnet Theater, and with the Armory.
Among other theatre, comedy, and film work, he also works in production at Last Week Tonight with John Oliver.

Annie Raczko

Annie Raczko is a theatre maker, improviser, and writer based in New Jersey and New York City. A member of Actor’s Equity, she performs regularly as a musical improviser and has worked on stages ranging from Off-Broadway theaters to community and educational spaces across the tri-state area.
When she isn't making up songs on the spot, Annie is writing plays and musicals, directing high school theatre, and collecting stories that inevitably find their way into her work.
She firmly believes there are no mistakes- only discoveries-and is happiest when she gets to say "hell yeah" to creative collaboration.
